This Property is one of the gems in Southern Africa, consisting of 2582ha (6380 Acres). It is neighbouring a farm of 4000 Acres that we have user right over for grazing and hunting that implies that the total area of this property is more than (5000ha) 10 000 Acres. This Game Farm traded as an International Big-Game Hunting destination and the two 5-Star Lodges & accommodation is a testament thereof. Additional Assets
Apart from the property infrastructure and the game as listed above, other assets will be purchased from the investment funds, overseen by the renowned international firm PWC (PricewaterhouseCoopers). PWC was appointed to manage all investment funds and as auditors to audit the Company and Property annually, to ensure your funds are implemented according to the shareholder agreements.
The additional assets to be purchased will be discussed at the first Shareholders meeting, where we will be assessing each asset’s importance for growth of the business and requirements to be sustainable.
QUALIFIED MANAGEMENT TEAM
This shareholding opportunity is very well structured & setup by an experienced team with relevant experience in both the operations of a game farm and related activities as well as the investment and business requirements.
The core team consist of two main shareholders with combined experience of more than 35 years in Nature Conservation, Game Farm Hospitality, Business Management, Property Development and Project Management.
Jacques Matthysen
Jacques has 15 years’ experience as a nature conservationist, big game hunter, nature photographer and 5-Star game lodge manager. He is qualified as a nature conservationist and has been working for the top 3 South-African game lodges, with years of experience working with international guests. Jacques and his team will be responsible for managing all aspects related to operational aspects of the game farm including physical infrastructure, nature conservation, hunting, the lodge infrastructure and services, guest experience and breeding activities.
George Deysel
George is qualified as a Project Manager with more than 20 years of experience in Business Management and Project Management. His main role will center around the shareholder relationships including streamlining the shareholders communications, shareholder meetings, shareholder feedback and he will be the core link to PWC to ensure that all responsibilities, legal requirements and commitments are adhered to and that all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
Both Jacques and George will form the core of the Shareholder team as custodians of the full investment opportunity to ensure continuity, transparency, and accountability. The Shareholders will have a vote based on the investment made(shareholding) and have the right to be personally represented or through an appointed representative at these meetings.

The property, all equipment, all game, breeding projects, running capital and operations are held in a South-African registered company (Pty LTD.). Operational Profits from International Hunters & Tourism
Apart from our objective to give our shareholders a great African hunting experience each year, the core focus of the business is to operate as a profitable hunting destination for international trophy hunters. This 5-star hunting experience is aimed specifically at the international hunter and we envision that our shareholders can use their networks to play a big role in sourcing international hunters thereby reducing marketing costs and improved occupancy/profits.
The combination of including local hunters as another core stream of business secure a balanced business stream that protects our cash flow and managing of our game stocks. Local hunters focus on different game than our international trophy hunting clients, which helps with keeping game levels of the more common game in check and still earns us an income.
The company have two separate lodges for local hunters and international trophy hunters. This allows us to accommodate both types of clients simultaneously.
Jacques Matthysen, apart from being an experienced game ranger and hunter, is also an acclaimed wildlife photographer and have been involved in Photography Wildlife Tourism Safari’s that will form part of our package options to engage with a broader based tourism audience to fill our summer safari occupancy should it be required.
Game Breeding Program
Apart from Hunting & Tourism, we will engage with Game Breeding as baseline to replenish our bigger game stock. This also offers a very profitable activity through auctions. The game farm & lodge the required infrastructure and experience in place as it is been used for game breeding and international hunting outfitting already.
The property includes breeding camps and pens and can facilitate game breeding and Auctions. Our plan for the new company is to breed with big game such as Buffalo, Sable, Eland, Oryx (Gemsbuck), Nyala, Lechwe and others. We will not just involve our own shareholders with game breeding experience but will engage and partner with industry professionals to assist us in our planning and investment in this field to ensure this activity is optimised.
The game breeding industry has experienced a lull in game prices but selling our game at premium prices to international trophy hunters currently offers the best return on investment in game breeding. The game breeding industry also changes rather quickly, so we will assess the industry and market as part of our sustainability strategy to ensure we remain relevant and in line with industry supply and demand.
Ultimately these decisions were the expansion and efforts will be spent will be made by the shareholders as a collective. The first discussions will be held at the launch where all shareholders should be present.
Annual Hunting Safari
As a shareholder, you receive an annual free hunting safari for you and 5(five) guests - at your Game Farm.
This benefit will only include the land package in South Africa. This implies that you will only be liable for covering your transport costs including flights, should that be required, for you and 5 guests to and from Port-Elizabeth, South-Africa.
What is included in your free Land Package for all 6 Guests:

During this week you will be entertained and hosted as the owner of the game farm which you rightfully are. If you opt for Option A, you will have the option to extend your stay to 6 nights at a discounted rate, depending on availability.
Free Annually Hunting Package
The way the package is made up was determined according to ethical and guided game management protocols to ensure none of the species are over hunted and long-term environmental impacts are managed beneficially. To ensure this is achieved, your hunting package will be rotated every year for three years, allowing you to hunt different species each year, giving you variety while encouraging sustainability.
The annual hunting package per group is based on the number of animals per group, thus should be split between yourself and your guests if more than one hunter are included.
Your hunting package composition is divided into 4 animal groups and you can hunt a certain number from each group as explained in the Investment Options description. Should you decide to hunt game out of your allotted Hunting Package, you will receive discounted prices on all additional game hunted by yourself and your guests, thus additional hunting apart from what is allocated in your investment option Hunting Package will be available at an additional discounted rate per animal hunted.
If you do not use your Free Annual Hunting Safari per year or you cannot make it to the Farm, your Hunting Package will roll-over to the next year.
Deep Sea Fishing Charter
Each year your group - 6 guests - will have the option to go on a Deep-Sea fishing adventure. This is a unique opportunity that is possible because the property is close to the Indian Ocean where we sport an abundance of Whales, Great white Sharks, Tuna, Ragged Tooth Sharks, Killer Whales, Blue Rays and many other ocean species. You have the choice of going deep-sea fishing or venturing out for a Rock & Surf fishing trip at the beach where you are sure to catch Ragged-tooth Sharks, Blue rays and much more.
All of the above ensures that you will have an annually breakaway in Africa that will leave you wanting more and best of all is that you can invite 5 friends or family with to enjoy your beautiful investment with you.
SECURITY & ASSURANCE GUARANTEE
We use the Multinational Professional Services Firm, Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC) to manage all investment funds, business, accounting, and auditing requirements as per International General Law & Accounting Practices. A local Law Firm will be appointed to manage all contractual agreements, shareholding agreements and other legal requirements under the watchful eye of PWC.
This gives you the assurance that a reputable multinational firm is managing all funds and continuously monitoring operations and management to ensure conformance to the contractual agreements.
PWC and the appointed law firm will issue guarantees after the shareholders have signed all the required agreements and contracts and investments have been received into the designated trust account. PWC will be responsible for doing the share transfers into each shareholder’s name. After your shares have been transferred into your name, the official launch date will be finalized.
Shareholders Introduction & Future Meetings
All shareholders will be invited to a once-off, all-expenses paid launch (including airfare from & to your country of residency) for a one-week 5-star Game Farm experience, allowing you to experience what your investment has to offer.
This launch will also facilitate meeting all other shareholders, bush boma gatherings, game hunting, deep sea game fishing as well as the crucial first shareholders meeting to finalize the ongoing operations, procedures and structures to be followed to ensure we operate a profitable and sustainable operation. Most of the important operational and procedural aspects will be finalized during this week.
Quarterly operational and management meetings will be held via Zoom to ensure all shareholders are kept up to date with marketing campaigns, financials, and operational progress. Minutes for these meetings will be sent out two weeks beforehand to ensure that all shareholders have sufficient time to prepare.
Furthermore, monthly video diary’s and dashboards will be sent to all shareholders for visual updates of game health, breeding program success and property upkeep.
